The Louis Braille School is a Washington State approved private day school for children who are blind or partially sighted. The School offers students in kindergarten through grade eight a full academic program that integrates accessible curriculum and specialized training in skills of everyday living, thus preparing students to meet the challenges of life.
The
Louis Braille School will have an organist/singer providing live
entertainment for the January After Hours get-together. You'll also
hear a few short inspirational quotes from Helen Keller, read aloud by
a staff member of the school who has worked in the audiobook industry.
Bring a pre-dinner appetite. There will be food and drink and they
will be good. Many inspirational achievements have taken place at the
school. We hope to have an educational display or two that tells you
about them. We're looking forward to seeing you, so mark your
calendar. And please feel free to invite some guests to accompany you. What a great program.
